Hi there,

The PD 9 Deluxe can be downloaded for 49.99$ while Ultra needs 99.99$.

Is Ultra worth the extra money ?

Deluxe is OK if you do not plan on editing or burning any BluRay.
One other factor, Deluxe is a 32-bit program, Ultra is a 64-bit program if your computer is 64-bit.

To do the full range of editing of all formats of video, you need Ultra.
