PDVD 10 Patch 2916 won't Install

I can't get the latest patch of PDVD 10 to install. It says there is not a compatible version of PDVD 10 already installed. I am sure there is. Anyone else have this problem or is there any fix?

Please also provide the SR number of the initial installed Version you use (and the file name of your initial verision)

I just wanted to post my working registry entries. Please understand i was able to install the v2916 patch under my windows 64 bit installation without modifying the installation package.
