change the TV format

Is it possible to change the TV format of the prevailing NTSC to PAL in order to avoid this warning and the resulting quality not may be degraded?

You can set the preference for the type of videos you are using under the general tab of the preferences menu.

You can also click on the Director's chair (top left) and go to preferences that way Panasonic SD9, Panasonic TM700, Panasonic SD600, GoPro HD Hero.

i have the same problem with tv format and its the same even i change it on preferences.
