Compatible Graphics card for PD9, Radeon 4850?

I note in the 'Requirements' page for PD9 that Radeon HD2600, Radeon HD4600 series, Radeon HD5600 series, and Radeon HD6800 series cards are all PD9 compatible. I want to buy a computer that had a Radeon HD5850 card. Is the Radeon 5850 compatible? Will I be able to use the True Velocity accelerator? Thank you for your reply.

I have an HD 5850 and it's a great match for Power Director 9 on my Windows 7 machine. Make sure you install the latest drivers from AMD/ATI.

I can't answer your question about True Velocity.
