How to devide a video file on the special point?

My video file is too big to save in a pocket hard disk.
How to devide a video file on the special point?

Produce the video.

Create new project and re-import the produced video.

Slide the position marker to that special point.

Split that video at the and delete the other half and produce.

and repeat for the other half.
