February 3 2011 I upgraded to Power DVD 10 Ultra 3D $44.95 April 21 2011 Power DVD 11 is released upgrade $59.95 so for me to have upgraded to version 11 it will have cost me $104.90. To upgrade I have to pay more than somebody buying the full version. I contacted customer support and was told to contact digital river regarding sales digital river said to contact customer support (run around) my question is anyone else get the shaft.

April 7 2011 I Purchased the download version of Power DVD10 Ultra Deluxe, I have problem playing with my Blu ray disc, Tech support send me email to follow instruction so I did follow but to no avail the issue was solved, so I decided to return the product I bought on line, I follow the instruction on how to return the item and it was already received by digital river but t I have'nt received my refund at this time. The request was send April 11 2011 which according to their policy will only take 3 to 5 days the most to get your refund .How long will it take so I can see the refund back to my account?

I bought PowerDVD 10 last week and saw that version 11 was out yesterday. I've paid about £112 in all for both versions, a rip off in my mind. I also can't get Blu Ray movies to play so I'm not too impressed with Cyberlink right now.
