I'm not having a good day with PD9 today. I'm trying to open a ticket with Tech Support concerning the problem I mentioned earlier and when I hit submit I get this message (???support.cs.attach-message-alert???). Anyone know what this message means.

After getting the message 8 times it finally went through on the 9th attempt.
