When you apply the patch, do you do it on top of an install?

Or do you uninstall and then install the patch by itself? Ie. Are the patches complete installs?

Does each patch include the prior patch changes, or are they additive. ie you need to install each patch in succession.

SDIR: Patches are reportedly cumulative, so there is apparently no reason to install previous patches. DO NOT REMOVE your PD9 prior to patching or there will nothing for the patch, to patch!
