Unable to produce project in PD 9.

I recently installed PD 9 Deluxe 32bit on my laptop.I did a project and when I tried to Produce it PD 9 quit responding.I shut down and tried several more times with the new project and some existing ones with the same results.I have recently upgraded to Win 7 HP,I upgraded all devices and drivers where needed,I was running PD 8 with no problems.I did the software patch for PD 9.Any thoughts?

First, post a DxDiag.txt from your computer. Next, what type of source video are you using? __________________________________

I am using an MP4 video from a Flip HD camera.DxDiag.txt??Sorry I don't know what that is or how to locate it.

Put the original video in the timeline. Don't do anything else. Produce. Then remove the original video and use the new video that you just produced. See if that gives you any better results. __________________________________

I tried what you suggested and Produce will not even open,Capture does not work either,only Edit and Burn work.So I stripped PD9 out if my system.I will reload using suggestion from the Please Read thread.If I still have a problem I will be back,thanks for everyones input.
