I understand that you have purchased CyberLink Youcam 4 and you are unable to activate it.
NOTE: Please note the main cause of your issue is you are using trial version and trying to activate, which is impossible. So, uninstall that first and then download the full version provided below and install that.
In response to your concern, I suggest you to download the CyberLink Cleaner tool from the link given below and then try to uninstall and reinstall the software :

Note: Please select, copy and paste the above FTP link in the Internet Explorer properly. Then enter the Account Name and Password given below:
Username : ***
Password : ********
When you get a prompt for Open/Save the file. Please choose to save the file on your computer hard drive and then run the file to install CLCleaner.exe
Steps
1.Run CLCleaner_YouCam.exe (when "Thank you" pops up, your registry of YouCam has been cleaned up)
2. Redownload YouCam software.
3. Install YouCam. (even when the previous version still exists)
Being a valuable customer of CyberLink, I will provide you a download link for Youcam 4.0 (Full Version).
I suggest you to uninstall the YouCam from your computer first and then install the below given version.

1. User name and password are case sensitive and must be typed exactly as it is. There must be "NO SPACE" before or after user namve and must be typed exactly as it is. There must be "NO SPACE" before or after user name and password.
