Hi, could I get someone to take a look at http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/15561.page

The last response I got was that there was not enough memory in the computer, but I can create two other projects with menus fine and this one burns fine too as long as I either remove the chapters or tell it to burn with no menu.

With all due respect (and thanks to the volunteers here) I doubt that memory is the real issue.

Thanks

Your Dxdiag.txt file is very telling. You don't have enough computer.

Processor: n/a (2 CPUs)
Memory: 1526MB RAM

Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
Manufacturer:
Chip type:
DAC type:
Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&SUBSYS_30D9103C&REV_03
Display Memory: 358 MB
Dedicated Memory: 0 MB
Shared Memory: 358 MB

Your CPU is not listed in the dxdiag file for some reason. 1526 MB of ram is way short for good Video editing. Your video is starved from display memory. To do menus in Powerdirector the Video RAM should be about 1 GB.

Since you have shared Video memory, if you increased your Total Ram to 4 GB you would have far better results. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
