Hi Dick,
I cant comment on the "deal" but would suggest you go for the download and then you burn to disc yourself. Faster in the end.

After you download the files, just copy them to a CD or DVD data disc. Copy your order information (all the information in the order confirmation you get) and activation key to a text file and copy that to the disc as well.

You can the use the files on this disc if you need to do a re-install at a later date.
