Chapter navigation on menu page problem

I edited my video and created chapters for each segment. When I went to create a disk and set up the menu page the navigation buttons/pictures, I could select the chapters with the mouse and everything seemed to work fine. After I created the disk, I can't select the "buttons" to go to the different chapters.

This is my 1st experiance with using digital editing and so far it's been fun.
Any ideas?

I had a similar problem too. If I play the DVD and use the next button on the remote control, the DVD rewinds and goes back to chapter 1. I will have to play the full DVD and see if all chapters are there during normal play. I will do that tonight and see.
Hopefully tech support can get back to us on this,
