Hi,

I appear to have acquired two issues....

1) When I load a particular project I get an error which says a file cant be found 'cyberlink (none)' if I choose to ignore this error the project plays just fine until I get to transition of some sort( some work ok some don't).

2) I then get a 'Front end media streaming error, try again or contact Cyberlink support'

any ideas welcomed as ever (pd9 ultra 32 bit)

Thanks

3 basics - please provide - see below for details.

1. Locate your missing file - or you'll have a black area in your project where a substituted colour board has been placed.

2. Appears to be a lack of codec's on your system to read a media file you have used.

supply the details requested please.

Thanks I'll attempt to provide the information..

As far as I can ascertain there is no file called 'Cyberlink(none)'..but I'll have another look.

3 basics and provide 2 screenshots - one of the Edit Workspace with all the content and one of the error message.

thanks

will do...but it may take a few hours as I'm supposed to be fitting some skirting boards at the moment....

Interestingly I have another almost identical copy of the same project which has no problems at all...

How do I find out which media files are missing from the msg 'cyberlink\...(none)'

Thanks for your time on this..
