Can't Install PD9 Ultra on Window Vista Machines

I have tried unsuccessfully to install PowerDirector on two different Windows 64 bit Vista machines. One has 6 gigs of RAM, the other 8 gigs.

I get the error message: "Error 1334. The file'_FC10F25CEC1645...' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this page."

Both systems previously had PD 8 installed on each system.

I was able to successfully install the software on a Windows XP machine.

The XP system does not have enough RAM for the "Create Disc" module so I need to use one of my Vista 64 bit computers, hoping that they will have enough RAM.

What do I need to do to get PD 9 Ultra to install on my Windows Vista 64 bit machines?

Cyberlink advised that I delete temp fills and make sure I used a disk that had sufficient capacity. I deleted all temp files and am installing PD 9 on a disk that has 100 gigs of free space.
