My daughter has a Flip Phone, she downloaded the video to her computer and burned a DVD. However, the DVD will not play on her DVD player hooked up to her TV. It plays fine on her computer. The Flip Phone records in MP4 format so using PD9 I converted it to MPEG2. Now it plays on the DVD player but there is NO SOUND. The sound does play when viewed on a computer.

Do I need to somehow convert the sound separately before I burn a disc?

In Create Disc, click on the Disc Preferences tab. There should be two options for audio. I would think a DVD player could play Dolby, but if not, try the other option. __________________________________
