Does MKV editing only have support for DD 2/0?

I am wondering as only mkv files with this have any audio when opened. DTS-HD and DTS 3/2+1 do not have a audio part when opened.

I don't think Cyberlink have a licence for DTS but I could be wrong. PD9 on my set up doesn't support DTS, DTS MA or Dolby True HD. Panasonic SD9, Panasonic TM700, Panasonic SD600, GoPro HD Hero.
