Hi

I have just posted a couple of questions about Power Director which I am currently trialing for photo slideshows which I intend to use ofr my photography business. I have a couple more questions to ask about this program before I make a decision to buy it.

1) I noticed on the Trial version the slideshow images are very soft. Is this because I am using a trial version? If not, please advise how I can sharpen the images.

2) I would like to be able to upload images to my own website (ie not Facebook or You Tube). Is this possible?

Thanks again,

David

Which resolution have you got going in the
preview-window?
(click the double squares tab under the window)

You will have to render a file to your computer,
which you then upload,
or you will have to convert the file in to which ever
format your website will accept.

Just something.

Thank you Nina for your help.

I have adjusted the resolution on the window as it was set to medium before. It made a big difference when I set it to High Preview Resolution.

Would you be able to elaborate as to how to render the files on my computer? I will be happy to convert the files to which ever format is best. I would like to ensure that the slideshow I upload is not too high in resultion as I don't wish for the slideshow to take forever to upload or take a long time for people to download and view the slideshow.

Thank you and a happy new year.

David,
Please make sure the Topic title is related to the contents of the thread - yours isn't. Succinct and accurate titles help those who use the forum to search out an answer - newbies.
