Hi,
is there a way to delete a few seconds of the audio.
make a copy of another portion of audio and paste it in a new section of the video?

thank you Johanne Bee

In PD6 you can with a very basic audio editor - using cut and paste. I would recommend you use a decent audio editor to carry out a refined task of creating a sound file that merges properly.

Greeting,
Can you tell me if you can rip the audio off of a video and save it as an audio file. Every time I separate the audio file it still has to be produced in a video file. Can you advise me?
-Thanks,
Greg

Hi Greg

Welcome to the forum

In PD8 when the video clip is in the library you right click and 'extract audio'.

This might apply to PD5 (I haven't used this in a few years).

Let us know how you go as there is another possible way of doing it. Happing editing

Best Regards

Neil
