Can anyone tell me how you get a full refund. According to the FAQ purchasers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase but they don't seem to respond to requests. Does anyone know of a telephone number they can be reached at?
This doesn't seem right.

I received a full refund on my PDVD10 via email. I think the link was in the email sent to me verifying my purchase. Sorry I don't have the link for you.....now that I come to think about it the directions are on this page, right hand side under returns and cancellations.

Good Luck on getting ANY help out of these people. They don't respond properly to support tickets, it take 3 to 4 days even to get wrong answers from them!!!
