Installing Ultra over Deluxe

I just ordered a hard copy of PD 8 Ultra version to take the advantages of the burning properties. I have the deluxe version 8 already installed on my computer. Will there be any problems installing the ultra version over the deluxe version? Will it be as simple as putting the the cd in and running the installation program or will I have to delete the deluxe version first? Thanks in advance for the advice.

If you run the CD, it should warn you that another version is installed and make you uninstall it. I've done it both ways, but many prefer to uninstall the program and then run the CD. __________________________________

The two programs use the same download files.
Reinstall the software and apply the new activation key.
