YouCam will not uninstall!

I download YouCam about a month ago and my free trial has expired. I don't want to buy the program, I just want to uninstall it. When I go to add/remove programs to remove it, I click on YouCam, click remove, and Installshield Wizard comes up saying "YouCam setup is preparing the Installshield Wizard, which will guide you through the program seyup process. Please wait." And a bar lights up like it is loading something but then nothing happens and the box disappears and YouCam is still downloaded on my computer. This is a big problem for me because to use my other webcam services, it says that I have to open YouCam, but I can't because it has expired. I tried downloading programs that say that they will "clean out your system" and "manually remove programs" but nothing has worked. I am desperate for help right now. I even tried to do a system restore on my computer but it wouldn't let me for some reason. I am stuck with YouCam on my computer and I would really like it gone. Help is greatly appreciated!

Michael,

I already tried to contact customer service but I can't find a phone number because I have to be a member to receive phone support. Is there any other way to get in contact with the support team or someone from customer service?

If You are bothered by it so much You can go for total uninstaller it completely removes any program You need.
