What is the best way how to edit .mts files with PD8?
Lets say I have 30sec video and it is 60MB huge, so how can I make from 5files like this good quality video on PD8?
Do I need to change a formats of video before importing file to PD?
How does it work?
I was reading forum and I was confused about file format change, that's why I am asking, if I a miss something just give me a link where I could read it.

MTS files can be imported straight into PD8, so why bother to convert them

Conversion generally means a loss of quality
