went from PD 5 to PD6 upgrade

hi,
my problem is the same for both PD5 and 6
every time I use the magic clean, Clean Audio the program stalls and I have to restart my computer.

Why doesn't the clean audio work?

I don't have the answer as to why...or what.

I'd even like to have the audio file that you're attempting to clean. What choices you have made when using the "clean function?

Johanne problem has been resolved/localised to her computer being unable to process the task she asked it to complete.
