PowerDVD Ultra patch problems

I tried installing the patch today but it says my version of PowerDVD Ultra is too old. How can I resolve this problem???

What's your build number of PowerDVD Ultra?
I can install the patch.
You can provide the error message or ask CL support to solve ur problem.

I have same problem.
I have 7.2 BD edition.
Where is build nr.?

I asked CL support for this problem.
They said this patch doesn't support PowerDVD ultra 7.1 or 7.2.
Users need to install PowerDVD Ultra 7.3 then apply this patch.

So for this case, you need to ask CL support to get PowerDVD Ultra 7.3.
When you already install PDVD Ultra 7.3, you can apply this patch.
