shadow file warning?

I keep getting random "shadow files" warnings but I just click them off and everything works fine and videos turn out great. But now it's annoying as it is coming up constantly interrutping my work. How can i fix this?

I get a message sometimes. There is an option that you need to check “Down show this message again” the next time you see this popup.
