Insufficient Disk Space

I keep getting this statement when I am downloading extra content from the application manager, that I have insufficient disk space. I have 800gb left on the main drive and have a 1TB drive with only 100gb used. There is also a backup disk 5.5TB of which has 3.26TBs free. If I go outside the C drive apparently I Cyberlink has no authorisation to download to that disk or new file I made. I have gone into properties on all aspects of permissions and there should not be any problem with Cyberlink accessing any part of these drives. A frustrating start.

I don't know why the App Manager is giving that message, as you seem to have plenty of space on your C: drive

You can easily change the destination folder to another drive from the Settings (gear icon) menu, like this:

I saw all this and tried to change the destination. Sadly this didn't remedy the problem. When trying to change it to another destination, it kept repeating itself, that I didn't have permission to use that link. I went into the folders and looked at the permissions. All permissions were open to my authority. Even setting the software to administration, never worked either. We will see what comes out of the support ticket I raised.
Thanks for your help. Always appreciated friend

Sometimes a post is not worded correctly like in the Shadow file post. I remember a similar message when downloading content from Shutterstock in the past when the cache size was low. It asks you to increase the size or delete other content..It doesn’t matter what is the drive size or free space.

My guess is it's probably this setting.

You guessed right, Jeff. 5000 is the Default setting. I had to increase it a few times because in PD365 it lets me know how much is in the cache already and had to increase it to a larger number to allow more content downloads.

It being that June 12 has passed. No more shutterstock downloads are allowed within the program. Other downloads are allowed.
