Zoom In a photo but keep bottom of photo at bottom of screen during entire zoom in

Hi,
I have a photo that I would like to zoom in for about 4 seconds but want to keep the bottom of the photo at the bottom of the screen the entire zoom time. This is because the subject is at the bottom. I have a marked up image to use as an example but not sure where to put it to generate a URL link. I don't think PiP Motion will work and the User Defined Pan & Zoom I'm not fully sure how to accomplish it.

I have searched the forum for similar help but haven't found anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That should not be too difficult,]. You can use the Pan and Zoom for that, see the example attached.
