How do I zoom out of a frame

What I'm trying to do is I have this portion of a video that consists of multiple images. What I'm trying to do is to have it start zoomed in on one the images, then gradually zoom out to reveal the whole frame. I've watched tutorials on how to zoom in and out, but none of them have been helpful.

If you can see the image I attached, what I want to do is start zoomed in on the trophy with "animation" written under it (with "animation" also included in the zoom), then gradually zoom out to reveal the whole frame.
