Hi All,

I purchased the Business Plan for Power Director for my windows 11 HP PC.

I can see and hear the video content I uploaded.

However, the tracks are not visable, so I cannot edit anything.

Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

Please advise.

Looking at your screenshot. Click the button located by the far left center edge that reads Click here or drag the selected clip to a selected track. The clip will then be added to the timeline. You can also drag n Drop that highlighted clip in the media library to the timeline if you wish.
