from vertical 9:16 to 4:5 format cropping (pd 18)

Dear talents

Is it possible to go from 9:16 to 4:5 format? I know it is possible to crop in "free form" but I don't know which measures I have to set (height width etc). I used a couple of cheatsheets but with no avail.

Does PD18 have a 4:5 aspect ratio setting. If not, then see this recent post for the answer: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/118615.page . Any AR can be created using this method.
