Hello, I am in need of help, I have sent emails to CyberLink with no responces and so I am reaching out for help. I have 20 PowerDirector on an old laptop and I am trying to move programs over to the new laptop. I can not find my key code nor can I figure out how to put in the key code once I have one. I have installed the latest version of 21 PowerDirector the new pc but I am dead in the water with a trial version???

Please if anyone could help me I would be very greatful thank you!

The quick answer is that the trial version can never be converted into a paid version so there's nothing to worry about there, and you might as well uninstall it now.

Obviously the product key would have been in the email you received when you bought PD20, but the download links were only valid for 30 days and will be of no use now. The only option you have is to wait for CL customer service to respond and send you a link to new PD20 installer. There's nothing any of us here on the forum can do to help with that.

Once you download it, make sure you keep it in a safe place so you will be able to install PD20 again in the future.
