Dears, i Alowayd uses the app 2 years afo, this ia my first time to get this message:
"Production Unsuccessful, Please ensure your graphic card drivers is up-to-date and update to the latest version of Windows Media Player.
You can also try to output the production is a different video format."

PC Information:
==========
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz
- 16384MB RAM
- Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
- Display Devices:
Intel(R) UHD Graphics Family - 8223 MB
AMD Radeon (TM) RX 640

I did everything in the error message,
I reinstalled graphic card drivers and it's now up-to-date.
Windows Media Player has the latest version.
My Windows 11 update also has the latest update.
I did try several video format.
My DxDiag has no errors.
My C drive have more than 50 GB free space.

Please help.
