H.265 HEVC output mode select MP4, select MPEG-4 1920x1080/24p or 30p. SVRT cannot be turned on, but other options are normal. It was normal before, but then some kind of error occurred and it couldn't be opened. How can I troubleshoot?

More than likely, registry key NVKEPLER_MPEG4[H265,AAC]_1920x1080p and others in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\CES_FunctionLogger\DATA have a value of 1. Adjust to 0 with regedit while PD is closed. Edit registry items at your own risk.

Thank you for your help. There is indeed a situation where the value is 1 in the attachment. After adjustment, it is already normal, but I don’t know what factors have been changed. Even after reinstalling the software, it can’t be ruled out.

I assume your 1920x1080/24p or 30p issue is corrected since you say it’s normal and this registry edit corrected your observed problem.

Reinstalling the software does not reset, remove, or reinitialize this set of registry keys.
