Newly dowloaded particles

Recently downloaded several particles
Saved in a designated folder for PD
Clicked on them and was advised
they'd been added/installed

Started PD and they were nowhere to be found

Any constructive advice appreciated Intel i5-9400F / B 360M MB (MS-7B19) 2.9 Ghz /
32 GB DDR4 / Radeon RX580

Hello,

I just downloaded two particles from the Director Zone web page, installed them, and found them by clicking on the Download tag in the Particles library. They are not in that folder for you?

Try this: Go to the DZ and check the aspect ratio of the particle that you downloaded. Open your project and check the aspect ratio to be sure it is the same. If it is not then change your project aspect ratio to match that of the downloaded particle. The downloaded and installed particle should then be available.
