Not able to update V10 Ultra and mp4 not playing

As per the instruction I uninstall and install PDVD 9 and after PDVD 10 upgrade verion(CyberLink.1516_DVD100305-04.exe). In this stage mp4 playing on version 9 and not in V 10.
Then I install the new patch (CyberLink.1714(Patch)_DVD100510-02.exe). But the instalation stop on half the way again and giving the attachd error.
Please look into this matter and advice me to get it run

Which kind of display connection - HDMI
Are you using singel monitor - Single Monitor
using clone or extended mode -
What kind of Antivirus SW - Norton 360,System Mechanic Professional

The detailed issue description

Power DVd 9 Ultra works good for me except mkv So I upgrade to V 10 Ultra.
But in this one mp4 getting struck and not able to install update and showing
error1402. I uninstall and load agin as per guideline povided in support but same result.

I hvae Pinnacle studio 14 loaded on my system. Some time when I try to load mp4
video a window pop up and start configuring pinnacle studio. Is this is the problem I dont know
Please advice me how to solve this problem.

Hello,

yes - look like probem with the Pinnacle Studio and PDVD on your system

To narrow down I would suggest to uninstall Pinnacle Studio and try PowerDVD without this installed first - then install Pinnacle again.
