[1] Screen shot of "Text is unreadable in title bar and message boxes of program."
[2] Your purchase ID or the eamil address you registered.
[3] Dxdiag file (you can get it with the following operation)
Click "Start" --> Click "Run" --> type "dxdiag"- press "save all
information" --> "DxDiag.txt" file created.
