I know you're busy. - i'm just wondering why asking for a refund or transfer of license takes longer to reply to than the 24 hours stated at the web-site. - I hope you're not waiting to go past the 30-days allowed
I'd like to stay with Cyberlink, by using the PD8 - (later on, PD9), and would like to see Customer Service settle this for me.
