I was wondering if anybody has received their free upgrade from cyberlink yet?

I bought the upgrade from PDVD8 Deluxe to PDVD9 Ultra on march 10th and customer support informed me that i am entitled to the free upgrade.

I'm not sure what free item you are talking about but..... if you go to Cyberlinks main page and click on "members" log in and look under "member zone overview" I think you will find it there.

The free upgrade i am talking about is to version 10 ultra. Hope this stops any confusion.
