Is anyone using the Intel i3 Clarkdale processor and watching Blu-ray? When I try it with PDVD 10 I get a black screen when fast forwarding. It blanks with a disc or the blu-ray copied to the hard disc. The picture is fine with a DVD.

I updated the Intel HD graphics to the latest version 2104. This does nothing to help. As soon as I hit fast forward or rewind the screen blanks. I would like to buy PowerDVD but this is too much of a problem. My trial period ends in two days. Does anyone have a solution?

Same deal for me. Latest drivers got rid of the gray bars for output, but fast forward still doesn't work.

Hi,
you need to install latest intel management Engine driver delivered with your Motherboard or from Intel Website.

I had the same issue on my Sony laptop with the Intel I-3 CPU. Went around and around with tech support to no avail. I upgraded to the new Mark II version of PowerDVD last night and bingo, problem solved. I am now getting a normal video screen when doing a FF or RW on any Blu-ray.

Yeah, too late for me. I went with ArcSoft.
