I can't get the version 22 to play any movies the only options I get is convert in the upper right corner.
I had to unistall and reinstall 21, then was I able to watch movies.
I use a external Blu-Ray burner/reader.

I'm having the same problem! I got a free movie from Redbox and no matter what I do to the program, all I get is that promotion to pay for the extras. Convert button even takes me to the promotion, I'm using PowerDVD 22 and I'm on a dell Inspiron 15 7000 with gigabit 802.11ac 2x2. Also using windows 11, if that helps with anything

Hello,

Unforuntately this is not enough. We don't know anything about your drivers, fireware, recent crashes, Windows updates, etc. that may affect playback. You also haven't provided any information about your specific PowerDVD version, any screenshots, the BD Advisor results.

Your best bet is to contact Technical Support and supply all this information to get the help you need. This is just a user to user forum.

Okay, didn't read the request link.
Anyway, that shouldn't matter because the Convert button takes full control and I can't see what the information you will have can help. I will say this is a firmware issue in PowerDVD 22 and not a local. Since, when I reinstalled version 21 all works perfect.
But thanks for the support link.
