I bought this product, but I never downloaded it. Now the link on my email confirmation is broken and I can't download it. I can't find anywhere where I could just reinstall and enter my product key without buying it again.

This is ridiculous! What if I had a major system error that required a clean install of Windows 10? I have to spend another $80-$100 to get a new product key and link! You can't do that! That's an unethical business model.
