Good afternoon everybody

I'm having a strange issue. I've searched the forums but cant find an answer, it might be something simple but I cannot work out why I suddenly have no access to shutterstocks music library anymore. It's greyed out. See picture. I use this quite a lot in my projects, I dont sell it or monetise any of my content.

I'm running the 365 newly updated version and this most probably happened when I updated although not entorely sure.

What am I doing wrong please?

Simple fix. The Istock by Getty Images button is selected in your screenshot. They don’t have any music. Click the shutterstock button 4 inches to the left of it to make it turn blue than you can access music

Video and images are included from IStock Images (which you apparently selected on the attached image), NO music by the looks of it. When you select Shutterstock, music can be selected.

Maybe you are not. I recall (but am not sure) that in previous occassions the import screen opened with Shutterstock with music. It now opens (in my version) with iStock without the music. I see that iStock has music in the offer, but apparently not for PD 365 users...

Im sure It did open with music, thats what threw me and I spent ages scratching my head and it was right in front of me, shows how simple little changes can remove you from your comfort zone. Thanks for your input. I do also get most of the other issues and bugs what a lot of other users get too, I stopped reporting them. Sometimes it feels like no one is listening. Especially the transition crash bug that one is infuriating!

as a 365 subscriber I should have acces to thousand of audio background music from Shutterstock but I can see a list of barely 100 tracks.

I'm I missing something?

When do you see the list of about 100 tracks? It that when you open Shutterstock?
Try to click on the filter (above left). In my system, far more tracks are listed (did not bother to count them, but can imagine that one wonders whether there are thousands).
When you click again a genre-list is opened.

No filter available when selecting "Music", just for video and photos , and yes, confirm the list of (maybe 100) music il displayed when clicking the Shutterstock logo left of the Istock Logo.

O, I understand. There must be different Shutterstock entries. I DO see a filter option for Shutterstock (NOT iStock!!) music.

this is what I see.

To be more precise, I get the Shutterstock logo ONLY if I first add a media, THEN I see the "archive content" box to click and THEN I get the screen below.
Maybe there is another way to download soundtracks?

The alternative is the entry in File, Import, download media from.....
Both ways give me the picture I showed above. I have no clue why you dont get a filter with music.
behind the setting icon (right top) there is a limit setting for the downloaded material. Setting or resetting does not make a difference.
Unless the both of use oversee something, I suggest you ask CL support....

The screenshot from PieroA above is what I had in PD365 6 months ago. It has been updated of cource to what Warry's screenshot show by updating with the Cyberlink Application Manager. It may be different in the Italian versions. Type in a name in the search box to see more desired music in the earlier versions.
