Just sprung for a new computer that will hopefully run PD8 much better. How do I get the full version of PD8, that I purchaced about 6 months ago, online, loaded into the new hotrod computer? Thanks Shawn

Hi, Shawn,
When you downloaded PD8, did you save it? It should have been 2 links, so 2 programs, saved to your hard drive.
Part 1 is the program, part 2 is the content.

Next, did you backup your old computer?

If you did not backup, you at least need your confirmation email, or serial number.

If not, uh-oh.
If yes, your version is most likely out of date a bit. Contact tech support for the latest version. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Yah, I have all the info and cd keys and so on, the old computer is going to be up and running on the HDTV soon. A few months back Tech had me uninstall everything in PD8 upgrade, and download a full version of 8 in one shot. Kinda what I was hoping to do now.

Thank you all for your help, especially Dafydd. It seems the new i7 is running the program flawlessly. I'll let you know how it handles 3 or 4 HD pips. :
