Maybe I am missing something but I do not see anything about creating a profile. Thanks for helping either way. What I really want to do is change the Bit rate to 5,000 any idea how to do that? Also I use Vimeo for my HD videos since Vimeo does not censor music and you can upload larger files.

I upload my HD videos to vimeo and if your Bit Rate is over 5000 then your video shows up jerky, anyways that is neither here nor there. How do I change the Bit rate when producing a video?
