Hi guys,

So I know that dolby sound doesn't work anymore in PD 365, but I'm not using that version of PD and yet I still get the error message telling me to check if I have windows media player or graphics driver at its latest version. But I have them both in the latest version when I try to make videos with DTS, mkv. And I wondered if it was because I was trying it on Windows 11, so I tried again in Windows 10 but also didn't work. This happens in both H.265 and H.264.

The version of pd I'm using is 18.0.2313.0. I'll also attach dxdiag files from both of the computers. Thanks.
