this also happened to me - there was a title box way over to the right beyond the end of the project. It also caused it to take 5 1/2 hours to burn the DVD because it had to burn an extra 1/2 hour of nothing until it reached that box.

I also got conned by the so called 'phone support'. These reps are in Taiwan and are difficult to understand, plus the sound quality is poor. I asked for a refund and got one. I suggest everyone do so - maybe Cyberlink will discontinue the sham. The software is great.
