I managed to set the Audio Output to HDMI plus Non-decoded high definition audio to external device.

When playing a Blu-ray disc with a video with Atomos, Atmos sound could be output to my external device properly.

However, when playing other MKV/MP4/ISO files, the audio setting "Non-decoded high definition audio to external device" disappears and only "Non-decoded Dolby Digital/DTS audio to external device" and "PCM decoded by PowerDVD" remain.
I'm sure these MKV/MP4/ISO files are enabled with Atmos and they could be output with Atmos property by other player software such as VLC and MPC.
