I had the same problem. (Spent most of 9-28 downloading & installing) Got up with support and they sent another link and PW. These files downloaded and installed w/o problems. However, I wonder why they don't copy the good files over as from this message I derive the problem has existed for at least a week: "Password valid duration is 2013/Sept/23 00:00 Hrs ~ 2013/Sep/29 23:59 Hrs PST. I suggest you to download the software before 2013/Sep/29 23:59 Hrs PST." I only had a few hours also!
