Hi, i have contacted CS, and he told me to uninstall & reinstall which I have done a couple times but my problem is still there. I bought the subscription yesterday and no more answer until now.

Hi,
I hope it's okay to post about my problem here since i was unable to find the right place for it.
I cannot sign in to Cyberlink Application Manager, i clicked sign in button and cancel button and there's nothing happen. I have tried uninstall dan reinstall it but the problem still persists.
Im running Windows 10 on Asus laptop X555Q.
Any advice? Thank you.
